2018 - 2019 OES Kindergarten Registration & Screening

8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Bring your child with their up to date immunization slip,

social security card, birth certificate, and proof of residency.

Your child will be given a vision and hearing screener as well as a short kindergarten readiness assessment.

Due to limited space, please do not bring siblings.

Park on side parking lot and enter through gym door.
